Hello, I arrive the 12th of july to JFK from Madrid (spain) to terminal 3. I have to get my luggage and made again the check in for my next flight (to San Francisco) that is 3 hours later from terminal 8.
Do I have enough time? Is it far terminal 3 from terminal 8?

Please can somebody advise on where to shower/freshen up upon arrival at JFK airport, will be flying into Terminal 8.

We arrived on time to JFK yesterday (7/5) on Delta Flight 248 and was riding around on the tarmac (sp) until our pilot could be directed to an area to park, this took close to an hour. Then we went to the baggage claim area and waited 1 1/2 hours for our luggage. This is the second time in 8 months this has happened to me at JFK airport and I will seriously consider not flying from there anymore. I'm not sure who is responsible for these debacles but Delta will also be getting a letter.

Is 2 hours likely to be enough time for me to transfer from an inbound flight from Ireland on Aer Lingus to an outbound flight to San Juan Puerto Rico with Jetblue airlines? In theory it is enough but in practice might it be a a little bit tight? I suppose it depends on whether I have to go back in through security or whether I can just transfer witin the internal security system.

I came from PIA from England and had connecting Flight with Delata next day.
Delta had hotel reserved for me but people at the counter who issue or give ur hotle name at the terminal 4 was round and refuse to give me hotel and i couldnt get with PIA ...
can i camplaint about that person to anyone at the airport..
she is not a employe of PIA but she works there..

I'm arriving at JFK saturday evening at 7:30, would I be crazy to store you luggage, and take a taxi to Central Park at this time of night? I figured as long as it was still light out while I was there it'd be fine. Dark in the summer is around 9... After Central Park I'd like to go to a nice place to eat near a nice, clean hotel with a 24 hr shuttle back to JFK for my morning flight. I've been seeking out hotels and the Day's Inn sounds good .4miles to the airport. I'm at a loss for finding a restaurant. Could you give me some ideas on how I would go about doing these 3 things? I am coming to New York in late Dec and I would like to get a taxi from JFK to New City NY it's about 46 miles or a one hour drive from the airport. Is this possible and what would be the approximate cost, with or without tolls.
