NJ Transit
Hi there:
You will have to use JFK's airtrain from JKF to Howard Beach Station. Then take the subway from JFK to Manhattan Penn Station, then take PATH train to Newark's Penn Station.
To get to Teaneck you will have to ride NJ transit. Check the websites for bus routes, schedules and fares:
mta.com, njtransit.com, panjny.gov/path
Once you get to Teaneck you will have to get a taxi, unless you know someone.
I estimate your combined fare to be around $20 or less. This is the best way, cheaper than a taxi.

Connection from Terminal 7 to Terminal 3
I am traveling on IB 4001 to JFK on a Saturday. I arrive I think in Terminal 7 at 12:20. I need to catch a Delta flight that departs at 1:50pm out of Terminal 3.
Is this unrealistic? How quick could I get to Terminal 3 from Terminal 7? What is the average delay at customs like at JFK on a Saturday? I will be carrying my luggage so hopefully that will help. Thanks!
