The airport official should be strict on only allowing yellow taxi, I paid $125 just to get to Queens Sheraton hotel, he even showed me a booklet on the fixed rate, I doubt it costs that much. Lesson well learned... use yellow taxi, never use outside vehicles... pissed off!!!
