We have a group of 23 with luggage arriving at JFK at 7:30 in the morning and then leave from JFK again at 6:30pm. What is the easiest and cheapest way into Manhatten? I have heard not to bother and spend the day at the airport as current travel times into town are about 2 hours.

Taxi would be fastest and it would cost you a little bit of money
It will be on a meter of about 45 dollars plus tips and any applicable tolls.

We arrive at JFK at 7:55 am and fly out of Laguardia at 11:10 - is there a shuttle service to Laguardia or should we get a cab? If cab, what should it cost. We are going to have carry on only so 3 hours should be enough do you think?
