Amtrak from Penn Station has train service to Amsterdam or Schnectady which are close to Gloversville. Check their websites for schedules and fares. Both PA Bus Terminal and Penn Station can be reached by NYAS express bus from all terminals or by E subway from Jamaica Station via AirTrain from terminals, or by taxi.
