I have been at this airport waiting for my flight for 15 hours...they know nothing in this airport on any airline...its ridiculas and the worst performance I've ever experienced

it landed at terminal 1 ....do u have delayed luggage aswell and cannot get through to the number that they gave you....i also need help on recieving my luggage !

We have been waiting more than 2 hours for a gate to get out of the plane! Its 3 am in the morning. Help!!!

does anybody have a idea of when the KOREAN FLIGHT 82 WILL DEPART JFK TO SEOUL.my flight was originaly yesterday at 12.40pm and now im still waiting,
I just called the airline but they said the flight will depart at 4am in like 2hours but nobody is even preparing for checking at the korean airline counter. Ive been sitting here since yesterday waiting. its very frustrating and nobody seems to be helping..does anybody have a clue if this is flight is even going to depart...im in desperate need of help...:(

I am due to fly from Dublin to JFK on Wednesday mornin, arriving in new York approx 14.00hrs. All flights to and from Dublin are still cancelled, can anyone tell me what the situation is and if we are likely to get away for new year celebrations!!

Flights to Seoul...almost 8hours delayed again. I think even though the JFK was open around 6pm yesterday, there was nothing to take off properly. We need to consider tmr for the flight

This is most unprofessional approach to the handling of an emergency situation which I hv ever experienced.
Everybody knew that this storm was coming and somehow non of airlines had a backup plan...
What abt having call centers set where passengers cld call and get at least some decent update???
What abt just simple plan of how airline reschedules or at least!!!,,, plans to reschedule their flights on-line.

No, nothing ....
