fuhgedabouddit!! Would cost you more than round trip air/bus/train combined and no taxi at JFK will take you!! Fastest is to fly from JFK to DCA-Reagan or IAD-Dulles, frequent flights Next would be NYAS bus from terminal or LIRR (Airtrain to Jamaica station) to Penn Station and Amtrak to DC.
