My mom who's 75 will arrive JFK on CX 888 or 7 hours before my arrival. Please advise where is a good spot for her to rest and relax inside the terminal so that I can pick her up later. Thank you!

She can sit and wait across the Starbucks coffee shop - there are seating places there.

Our family is arriving JFK on Cathay Pacific. What area in Terminal 7 do I meet them? Also what parking area is the nearest for me to park my car?

Terminal 7 , 1 st floor is the arriving area. You can park in the Orange parking lot which is across the street from T7.

Seems stupid to ask and they don't say it anywhere but is terminal 7 Arriving, Departing, or both? If they are how do I get to Arriving by train?

It is both - 1 st floor is arriving area, 2nd floor is departing area.

I am arriving at T-7 at 820 and depart T-3 at 929. Will this be enough time? I am not checking bags and already have boarding passes.

Yes, as long as you are not arriving on intl. flight and/or you first flight is not late.

There is no way to walk between those two terminals - use Airtrain - it is just a minute.

Hi my daughter is coming back from hong kong cathay pacific term 7 at 7am tues. What is easier waiting in cellphone lot or parking at terminal 7 arrival lot? thanks

Easier is parking at the short term parking lot, which is across the street, but is more costly. Cellphone parking lot is 5-10 min driving away and it is free.

I'm driving from Massachusetts to JFK to pick up family arriving from Japan on ANA. ANA is in terminal 7 is that departures as well as international arrivals? Or is International arrivals at another terminal? Also, What is the most convienient parking options available?

ANA is departing and arriving at Terminal 7. The most convenient parking in that case would be Orange parking lot located across the street from T7.
