I'm flying domestic from Richmond, VA to JFK on Delta which arrives at terminal 3. Then I'm flying from JFK to London on Virgin which is in terminal 4. Is there a way to get from one terminal to the other without going through security again? Thanks.

I'm landing at JFK terminal 7 domestic flight on American Airlines. Then I have a flight on EL AL terminal 4 about 4 hours later to Israel. How do I get to Terminal 4 from terminal 7? I have to use a cane or wheelchair. I have ordered a wheelchair in New York for the EL AL flight. Also do I have to go out of security?
