hi same thing has happened to me on feb 12th witness saw employee take the bags but they were not turned in. wondering if you had any luck. we are checking ebay and craigslist to see if anything comes up. you should look too! hope you get it back

My nice lost her passapor,her brother and grandfather also on August 31, 2010 about 8:00 PM. on American Air Line terminal. Thanks.
