Hello
We, two of us, are flying into JFK on September 29 and will be staying at the at the Grand Union Hotel on E32st.
What is the cheapest/easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport?
Can anyone give rough costsings ?
Many Thanks
get on the AIR TRAIN, i believe it costs $5.00 per person ..go to the howard beach train station and get on the A train going to Manhattan and the subway costs $2.00 per person..that is the cheapest way you are getting into the city...its not fun but it is the cheapest.
If you contact the hotel you are staying at they can usually schedule a shuttle service for you, if they don't offer that as part of your stay. Any outside shuttle service usually costs about $20.00 per person.
Are dogs allowed in the airport when you are picking someone up? My daughter will be returning from Ireland after 8 weeks and I know she will be anxious to see her puppy.
Thanks
Can someone tell me if the shuttle buses stil run around JFK or did the air train replace them completely.
The Airtrain replaced the shuttle around the airport.
It is free and quite convenient.
We are flying into JFK on July 1 and will be staying at the Doubletree at Rockefeller Center. What is the cheapest and most practical way to get to the hotel from the airport? Thanks
