Does anyone know which terminal a private jet would use when flying into JFK in New York? I just wasted two hours trying to find it using Google and Duck Go. I need to describe the terminal for my novel.

I haven't got my bag after flight from JFK. My air company says that they have no answer from Kennedy airport. I have reference number and all necessary information but I don't know whom to contact and where. Just tried 'Lost and found' option through your website, I'm even ready to pay the fee but the site does not work.
I want to know how can I get any information about lost item ASAP!

Regards

I have booked a shuttle service on the website: www.goairlinknyc.com, to pick me up at JFK airport early in the morning on 4th may. I have arrived at JFK terminal number 4 at the wright time, 3.30 am and, as accorded, I wait until 4.20 in front of the terminal exit, but no shuttle came to pick me. So I came inside the terminal and ask at welcome reception desk about a phone to call. The receptionists just show me the phone and told me to dial 18, as I did. Then, a person answered the phone and said that in 30 or 35 minutes he would pick me, and ask me to stay INSIDE THE TERMINAL waiting. He also said that he would call me by name.

I JUST SET NEAR THE TELEPHONE AND WAIT UNTIL 5AM, AND NOBODY CAME. So I call 18 again and the answer was: the shuttle had been there, but I wasn't there! Then, it was a "no show ticket". I said that IT WASN'T TRUE, SINCE I WAS SITTING THERE ALL THE TIME, BUT NOBODY CALLED ME. The attendant said that if i wanted to be picked up I HAD TO PAY AGAIN!

I argue that it was no fare, since nobody came inside the terminal calling me. At this time I asked the receptionist if she had heard anybody asking for me, and she said: NOBODY CAME HERE ASK FOR ANYBODY! She also oriented me to ask for a supervisor on the phone, but the attendant said there was no supervisor at that moment, that I should send an email, AND PAY AGAIN FOR THE SERVICE.

SINCE I REFUSED TO PAY AIRLINK AGAIN, I DECIDED TO ORDER ANOTHER SHUTTLE SERVICE. After hours waiting on the airport, tired and scared, I order another shuttle service, paying another charged ticket to take me home. Happily, it was a very efficient service, and i finally got home safe.

AT THIS MOMENT, I INSIST IN HAVING MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS SERVICE, SINCE THE SERVICE ORDERED IN 'GOAIRLINK' WAS NEVER DONE, BUT NOBODY AT GOAIRLING ANSWERES MY EMAILS.

IT IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SITUATION THAT CAN HAPPEN TO A FOREIGN TOURIST ARRIVING AT NIGHT IN A UNKNOWN COUNTRY. I HOPE THIS COMPANY COULD HAVE COMPAXION FOR THE VISITOR AND IMPROVED THIS SERVICE, IN ORDER IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN, TO ANYBODY.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SERVICES AND ALLERT THE AIRPORT MANAGER THAT IT ISN'T A TRUST SERVICE.

Sincerelly,
Ana Andrade

Hello - I am picking someone up at Terminal 4 via South African airlines. Do they get their bags and then go through customs? Should I meet them in arrivals or should I try to meet them in the baggage area? Thank you.
