If you are flying on Jet

If you are flying on Jet Blue from Boston to NY it should be plenty of time. Jet Blue terminal is all in one spot.

parking for Terminal 5

I noticed on the JetBlue website that you can park in the NEW parking garage for JetBlue at Terminal 5. Does anyone have any information on this? How much does it cost, etc. I would need parking for 4 nights. Is it better/cheaper to go to the long term parking lot and take the tram?

Thanks....

The diagram states Terminal

The diagram states Terminal 5 is temporarily closed.

Is that still true?

If not, where can I find an updated map of Terminal 5?

Arrival in T1 with connection from T5

Hi all,

in April I will arrive in JFK/T1 at 2.35pm; would like to book a connection to Chicago with Jetblue from T5 which will depart at 4.15pm.
Any idea if this is enough time for getting thru customs/baggage/transport between terminals/check-in?

thanks
michael

That is not enough time to

That is not enough time to change planes - a 2 hr minimum is required at JFK - I'd give myself at least 3 hrs but that's just me.

To USMA

If you are a grad and are in need, let me know. Otherwise, best option when arriving that late is grab a room at club quarters in manhattan, code: AOG, and head up in teh morning in either rental or train/taxi.

Is there a complaint department?

I paid for my niece as an unaccompanied minor to fly with Jet Blue. Considering I paid quite a bit extra for service, I am extremely unimpressed with the customer service skills of your employees at Kennedy Airport in NY. To pick up my niece, another lady and I were sent on a wild goose chase because not all of your employees are aware of the "New Policy Changes." I didn't like how I wasn't allowed at the gate to pick her up, as the children are now "baggage" and we have to wait for them in baggage claim. But, all of this was nothing compared to the rudeness experienced in dropping her off (flight 71) to Orlando. Jacqueline at the Customer special service counter let me stand directly in front of her without any acknowledgement for at least 4-5 minutes. She finally said, "id?" and tried to direct me to another counter without asking for any information. I was already at that counter and she plainly just didn't want to deal with me. RUDE!! Then at the gate, when the speaker announced unaccompanied minors to board, the gate attendant said, "I don't have time for you. She will have to board last. Look at all these people I have to get on the plane." I guess the look on my face was enough for the other attendant to politely take her on board. I would not trust your airport attendants with my niece again.

Walk from T5 to T4

I am arriving at the Terminal 5 via JetBlue. Is there any walkway to the Terminal 4? I rather walk than taking a bus or train. How long does it take? Much obliged.

Meeting someone from a flight at another terminal

In December I will be meeting my elderly mother at JFK. I will be arriving on American (Terminal 8/9), and she will arrive an hour later on Jetblue (Terminal 5). Will I be able to get from Terminal 8/9 to Terminal 5 baggage claim to meet her there?
