Does anyone know the departure for Lot air JFK to Warsaw that was supposed to leave 10/26/2010? Please reply or if you have contact info please let me know.
Hi,
If you're asking about the LOT flight LO 007 to Warsaw on 12/26 - that flight was delayed 24 hours. Then, this morning around 7:20 AM (that's when I found out by calling the Warsaw office) - that flight was cancelled.
They have re-booked me on the LO 007 flight on 12/28 - tomorrow at 6:40 PM.
Still, we have to wait for the flight from Warsaw to leave tomorrow at 12 noon - time of Warsaw (6:00 AM here). If this plane get's here finally, that is the same plane we should be on tomorrow at 6:40 PM going to Warsaw!!
Any jet blue travelers have updates on reschedule for cancelled flights to PHX??....since jet blue won't answer or respond!
Thank you
Could anyone tell me how the weather looks like?
NYtimes tells me that's mostly sunny right now and 27 F.
I am about travelling tomorrow from Zurich to JFK. My flight has been rebooked once already.
Also, if I take a cab to Staten Island..how much will they charge?
It's unfortunate that I am flying on this carrier for the first time and I am experiencing such difficulties trying to speak with a customer service person. I have been on hold for 1 and a half hours only to be disconnected.
Me too! I was hold for 1 hour and 48 minutes. And still nobody came to pick up the phone! So I just hung up.
When I called back, the phone got disconnected for 5 consecutive times!
I was on hold for 1.5 hours, got disconnected.
I called back. 2 hours later I finally get to talk with someone and after explaining situation for 30+ minutes (stuck on LI due to snow, no service to JFK, want to change flight), here is what he suggested: "You should go to airport and check in like normal". Really?!?
A half hour later I canceled my flight in frustration.
I fortunately found another flight on another carrier on the 29th. Only a couple hundred more expensive.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
In case none of you have read any of the news or e'mails-there was a BLIZZARD. You people that have been on hold, guess what so have 100,000 other people trying to find out what's going on. How about a little understanding and patience that's there's only so many people to answer all your phone calls and questions. There are literally 100's of 1000's of you asking about what about tomorrow, or 2 days or 3 or 4 days from now. You all sound ridiculously selfish and childish. Everyone at the airports and airlines are doing their best to get flights up and running. Be a little sympathetic!
Brooklyn resident here. Wondering what the best way to get to the airport is at this point (should I get to go). I'm in Bushwick, and mta.info is saying the J is running, bur I don't know if I totally believe it, and I don't know if the AirTrain is back up and running yet.
Should I just call a car or are the roads/highways too much of a mess? Those with experience with this sort of thing, what do you recommend?
Airtrain is not running yet, airport opens again at 6 p.m. Other than the shops, you can seem to do anything until then.
A train is down. Are cabs running from A Train Euclid station? My flight is supposed to be at 630pm!!
This FAA website is possibly the worst website in history. There is not one piece of relevant news on their WEBSITE in a snow emergency.
I called about 10 car services and none of them are open for business. Anyone figured out a way to go to JFK from Brooklyn?
In 2 days the airports
