Reduced-Fare Benefits
You are eligible for reduced-fare
benefits if you are at least 65 years of age or have a qualifying
disability. Benefits are available (except on peak-hour express
buses) with proper identification, including Reduced-Fare
MetroCard or Medicare card (Medicaid cards do not qualify).

I'm arriving on 2 February at JFK and I'm staying in Manhattan at the Helmsley Park Lane Hotel near Central Park how can I get there using public transport. I'd appreciate both bus and underground information.

What is the best way to go from JFK to Harrisburg, PA. My international flight should arrive at 4:30 p.m., but I will not be out until around 5:30.
