JFK Airport Parking Information

You can use two different types of parking at JFK airport:

Long-Term JFK Airport Parking
Located at Lefferts Blvd, 4 miles from CTA
AirTrain services link parking with the terminals.

Parking rates

$18 for up to 24 hours
$6 for each 8-hour period over first 24 hours

Daily JFK Airport Parking

Green parking - Terminals 1,2,3
Blue parking - Terminal 4
Yellow parking - Terminals 5 & 6
Orange parking - Terminal 7
Red - Terminals 8 & 9

Parking rates


$3 for the first half hour
$6 for up to 1 hour
$3 for each additional half hour, up to $33 maximum each 24-hour period

Is there a United Nations diplomatic lounge in JFK International Airport. Is there a telephone number there?

If a British citizen is travelling as a diplomat, is his passport stamped in the JFK airport like non-diplomats? Are their pieces of luggage subjected to security inspection?

Please help me with above questions.

I need to leave a 27' church van from July 23 - 28. Can it fit in long-term parking? Will it cost any extra? Is there probably availability? If long-term parking won't work, what will?

Some people said that the $15 a day at the long term, turned to be $20 or more. Has anybody has this experience? please, if so let me know because It may be better to rent a car and drop it at the airport. See Iam going away for 18 days and still not sure what is the best deal rent a car or use long term parking at jfk.

any period of time longer than a day, you are better off at the long term

We will be parking for 5 days. How often does the shuttle to Amer Airllines leave from the parking lot? What is the number of the AA terminal area? Thank you
