I have flight from Terminal 7, but i'm renting car and need to leave in Hertz. So how can I get to terminal from Hertz office, i have 3 suitcases, any convenient way?

You can always get an yellow cab - it will cost you ~$10 to Federal Circle.
Besides that you can put the bags on luggage cart and take it on the Airtrain(on track 1) to Federal Circle - Hertz is located there. It is 5 min free ride; carts are allowed on the train and all the way to the rental car facility.

T7 Lobby
When you first walk in the front door of the terminal and look up, there's a row of canted windows overlooking the lobby. What's up there? A restaurant? Offices? A lounge?

Terminal 4 to Terminal 7 connection time
Can you please tell me if I have enough time for my connection as I am arriving on Swiss Air at 3:50 and have to connect to a United Flight at terminal 7 that leaves at 5:30. Swiss Air says I have enough time, but United says I won't make it. Thanks

You are cutting very close - you will have 30-40 min in customs, another 10 min from T4 to T7. I see the concern of United - they will probably close the check-in for that flight at 4:30-4:45. You increase your chances if you have your boarding pass already for UA flight.

I will be arriving into Terminal 7. My brother will be coming in on a flight at a similar time (different terminal). Could you recommend a meting point in arrivals at Terminal 7 (is there a coffee shop?). Thanking you in advance, Jonathan

First floor, Starbucks coffee shop is a good reference point at T7.

Getting from Terminal 7 to Terminal 8
Hi,
I will be arriving on an AA flight at terminal 7 but need to meet my brother arriving on a BA flight at terminla8. Can I walk from 7 to 8? If not, what is the best way to get there.
We plan to meet at the Starbucks at Terminal 7 - is this a good spot to meet at 10:30 / 11pm?

There is no way to walk from T7 to T8. Take Airtrain (it is only one stop). Starbucks at T7 is a good spot(even they are closed at that time, still the sign is visible).

Airtrain is across the street from T7, take it on track 2 and second stop would be T4; it takes no more than 3-4 minutes.
